Secure Payment in Your Own Currency

When paying via Visa or Mastercard you can select what currency to pay in - British Pounds, Euros, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars or New Zealand Dollars.  Payment occurs securely through Windcave who are  certified with all major credit card schemes and are Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.  Further information and current certificates can be viewed here https://www.windcave.com/certifications-and-compliance.

All purchases will show on your card statement as Briar Patch New Zealand Ltd.

 

Delivery

We use New Zealand Post International Air Mail for all our overseas deliveries - the wool for your next special project will normally be delivered to your address between 3 to 10 workings days after your order is placed.  However delivery times cannot be guaranteed at present due to postal delays as a result of COVID.

For New Zealand orders your wool will normally be delivered to you between one and five working days after your order is placed.
